Received the CD at literally the last minute which had inaccurate information on it.

Your closing was on Thursday 6/13. Your Final Closing Disclosure was sent to you 2 days prior. You responded to that email that it was received. Additionally, the final CD was accurate at the time it was sent.
Ian was very helpful and communicative from the beginning to the end. When I first called and inquired about rates he was very transparent. He was very easy to reach and answered questions quickly throughout our process. Great experience.

The entire process of applying for the loan all the way to closing was clear and easy to understand. There were never any surprises and I felt like my needs were listened to during the entire process.
