I would highly recommend Ian and Northpointe Bank to anyone looking for a loan. The communication was great and the entire process went very smoothly. The rate and closing costs were also very competitive.
Brett was responsive and patient as we found the right property. We received great feedback from our Realtor on her conversations with Brett as well.

Everything was great except the communication could have been better at times. We feel the response times were sometimes delayed, and toward the end, more timely updates about the status of our approval would have made the experience better....
