Easy process and cheaper rates/fees than competitors!
Extremely knowledgeable and detailed with the whole VA loan process. Answered any and all questions timely.Everything moved fast and was ready the day of closing.The whole experience was overall wonderful.Would recomend over and over again!

Easy first time home buying experience. Rate and fees that could not be beat by other lenders
The approach by Ryan Bird was impressive. He was quick on replaying to emails.
The interest rate and the closing cost were good.
Ryan was proactive, responsive, respectful and very knowledgeable which made the all experience (from first conversation to closing) smooth.
