Loan coordinator Leigh-Anne Hopkins was unprofessional, confusing, frequently requested documents that were already provided, provided incorrect information etc. Jim was great, Leigh-Anne was difficult to work with.

Refinanced for a lower rate and had a great experience. Smooth experience and got to do closing from the comfort of my own home. Ian was great and responsive immediately to all my questions.
