Very easy to get answers to questions. I changed my mind a lot and I never felt that I was a bother.
Was able to not have our mortgage payment until we move in and not have to pay our rent and house payments together.
Ellen was extremely helpful with the mortgage process. It’s the first time that I have used Ruoff and if i happen to purchase another home it wont be the last!

Wasn't anything sue to loan company itself as we all had a lot of extra time waiting for what should have been a lot quicker process , but I love how they kept me updated and answer questions as I had them even if I didn't know who to put them...
