M. Kleiner was a superb professional with a casual attitude that made the whole process so enjoyable. closing as fast as we did was phenomenal. The only critique I would give is checks to creditors? just pay them digitally or send the checks...

Loan Officer was very helpful. The loan processor asked irrelevant questions and was inefficient in how she went about asking for request items. Instead of sending us one master list, she would send one request after another and in a few cases...
