Joseph is who I talked to the entire time. He is the one that made it a good experience. Any trouble I had, he fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and kept me updated the entire time. He was also very easy to reach.

Better communication and responding to phone calls I was new to this and had a lot of questions. They were very good at responding to emails tho. I also had to 2 different loan processors and 2 different lending agents.
