The only issues i had overall was a struggle to get in touch during a few stressful times. all in all my experience was good, especially considering it was my first time.

The beginning was great - very responsive when it came to the preapproval end of things. When things got handed off to a loan officer - is when it all fell apart. Too many hands in the file, too little communication. Requesting items the DAY...
