Very hard to get hold of when needed and voice massage's out dated and changing personal was frustrating.

Enrico is definitely on top of things. He is helpful and knowledgeable. He strives to make the lending process easy and is there to clarify anything we needed help with. We appreciate is professionalism and dedication.

I especially appreciated the very quick responses when questions arose or when we provided additional needed details.

Kara was Great at communicating! She was extremely helpful in finding solutions as well. The last lender I used was hard to get a hold of and less transparent. I will be recommending Kara to people in the future!
