The team was very clear at every steps around the requirements needed from myself.
I felt I was working truly with a partner.
It was great to work with Alycia, fast response and patiently explain questions and concerns.
Amy was a fantastic partner throughout our refi process. Super knowledge, with clear and proactive communication through the whole process.
Very good communication all the way around. The only negative was that they software for uploading documents and information seemed a little wonky at times.

Chris was a dream to work with! She was very flexible and understanding as our plans changed a couple times throughout the process. She was always quick to respond and provided very knowledgeable answers to our questions.
