Joel knew his stuff from the start and was a sincere advocate. He proactively communicates better than any real estate professional I've encountered. He is our "forever" loan officer.
Communication was great. I think the agent could work on communication. It was not clear how much time was going to be needed to extend loan contingency. Lending communication was on point from preapp to end.
