The availability was above and Beyond. Josh was extremely responsive at all times of the day and went out of his way to answer any questions I had. I was also very impressed in how quickly he was able to have the closing finalized.

Since we are not the youngest of your clients, the electronic format was at times a bit frustrating, but you helped us through the rough spots!
Josh was very helpful during this process! As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and he had all of the answers. He made this process much easier than I anticipated!

Every obstacle was not a reflection of this company or the loan officer. Ms. Fetter did her job and did it well no complaints
Josh was absolutely amazing! He went way beyond. We spoke often times after working hours and he was always willing to help out, answer questions and help me understand every single part of this entire process. He deserves a raise!
