Brook stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. He had excellent customer service skills, and was pleasant to work with on the refinance.

More updates along the way would have been nice. The Vinzint marketing was annoying. I received multiple calls during a busy day at work that implied I needed to return the call for my loan to close and then when I called I was bothered with...

Jon was very helpful and made the whole process easy and understandable for my wife and myself in buying our house.

Excellent and timing communication

Very thorough and clear. I was never left guessing as to where I was at in the process
