COMMUNICATION. I rarely knew what was exactly happening. They would just email me documents to sign and not explain what it all was or why the numbers changed all the time. I could get my specific questions answered.
Once I told Cody what I needed to have happen in the timeframe I needed to do it in, he did everything quickly and efficiently. I would give him my repeat business in a second.
