Kevin explained loan amount/breakdown, mortgage rates, interest savings, etc. clearly. Because other parties were a part of the loan process, I would have backed out of refi if not for his input.

Dave made the whole process easy from the moment we made contact on the phone to the day our loan was funded. I will be sending our own children to Dave for future mortgages.
