The communication with our processors was excellent. We never felt we were alone or wondering 'what's next'. Anytime we had questions someone was always available with answers. That means so much when you're not sure how the process works.

Andrew was terrific however I didn't have as much communication as I would have liked with Jordan. Fred was trying to be helpful it was just bad timing. Overall I think that it was because it was taking so long at the end and no one was telling...
