Communication was great. A 2 hour time diffence made it difficult at times. Very timely in the request from the buyer.

I want to be fair up front: during the initial sale process, Jing was responsive and got us a genuinely good price. Unfortunately, once we were under contract, the experience went steadily downhill — and ended up being the most stressful home-buying...

Jing was always polite and tried to address our needs. She was excellent in early communications. However, our closing was delayed due to lack of communication between NAF and the title company and the day before planned closing I was not able...
