The process was tedious but they both got me through some rough times and came through when I needed them and now they have me at a nice home
Jing was always very friendly but she was very hard to get a hold of and constantly had issues that pushed our closing back and or put our deal at risk.
some of the paperwork sent in had to be sent several times over is all. Other than that was old thanks

Jing was knowledgeable, responsive and provided excellent service throughout the transaction,
She was available and communicative and spent a lot of time with my realtor to close the deal in a two week period which was unexpectedly fast

we discussed a no money down. and when I got to closing they said I needed a $13,000 cashier check, no one said anythiing. so i still cant live in the house as i have NO Appliences.
