I don't think loan professor is the right title for John. I'd say he's a loan magician! I couldn't imagine having anyone else work with us throughout this process. It is still unbelievable how amazing John was and how much it felt like he cared....

Updates were very good but at the end when I didn't hear there were some issues bothered me it was tough working through the holiday
