We still have not received the checks to pay off our balances that are owed and now we've had to be charged more interest because they're not paid off we're pretty upset about that. Our closing was 2 weeks ago and the checks were sent out late...

The whole home buying process is stressful and confusing. I am not blaming Naf team they tried to keep calm and help me through it, but I want to give up many times.
