He was great.

Jake kept me updated on the status of my loan. He was very courteous and helped me understand the approval process. The overall loan experiance was extremely fast and efficient. I was very satisfied with Jale and his team.

Communication had a weird tone to it. Felt very transactional. Email comms comes we're really informal with body of email being in the subject line. Felt odd.

The communication in the beginning and towards the end of closing was not that good racially as time lapses and I don't hear anything back from anyone is a bit frustrating. Also, the fact that our loan was almodt cancelled due to the HOA fire...
