More communication throughout the process. Most lenders send updates as the file progresses through the process. I received no updates unless I initiated communication. Also it would have better if the loan closed on time.

The experience was a long and happy journey with lots of patience from you guys I am greatly grateful for that, I am super picky with what I wanted and I was not once rushed by my mortgage lender nor my realtor (Remax) thank you. I would definitely...

Loan officer and processor needs to communicate everything in a transaction. Blake seemed somewhat incompetent, especially when dealing with underwriters. Brain the loan processor was rude at times and tried to over talk me at times. My experience...
