Information did not seem to be communicated/understood well between different departments, resulting in delays in processing times and having to correct information between departments. Different new information seemed to be consistently required...

The funding process was HORRIBLE. It took 45 minutes before the funder even started to take a look at the documents. Unacceptable in this day and age. Sam was good but the funding process needs major work.

In the beginning Communication was good but in the last 3 weeks communication was very poor.

Communication made it a great experience. issues arose, communicated, and addressed made the process seamless.
