Communication was very bad. No regular updates were received . We had to postpone the closing 3 times and till the closing date the numbers were not sent to the title company and the processor was asking for missing signature. Really it was...

James was very quick to respond to any questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to explain topics/documents that I was previously unfamiliar with.

Alex & Zo were both very friendly & helpful throughout the entire proces!

Austin was HANDS DOWN the best loan officer I have dealt with at NAF and one of the best anywhere. He was on top of everything and very communicative. He also pre-underwrote this buyer prior to shopping, which was very smart for this market....
