Manny put so much effort into helping me even went so far as to get on a three way call with a bill collector to negotiate with them and ended up raising my credit score so I could get the loan!

mr Phillips was not aware of the foundation or didnt tell me about that inspection. That cost alot of money from my loan to fix those issue. That stopped other plans. Now instead of remodeling my house with funds all i did was payoff some bills....
