The entire process was very lengthy (5 months). I am not overly pleased, nor am I disappointed. I would recommend New American Funding if asked. Maybe my circumstance was more tedious. Best regards

All questions, concerns and scenarios answered. Collin was also thoughou with following up on my requests. He was clear and transparent about the processes involved. The online portal was a bit of an issue unrelated to Collin's support.

No communication. Timeline was not met. Follow up was not timely or when promised. And I heard "this is all we need from you" way too many times. And always had new things to request. Basically ..... you all need to know what you are doing....
