You require the same paperwork, appraisals, certificates etc that you currently have on file which only cost us more money. It was a simple refinance process which in my opinion should not have taken >45 days to close. Your closing costs are...

Mr. Lambart was patient and he took the time to explain, in detail , all that would be needed to complete my loan. Ms.Lancheck was also helpful in making sure that everything was in place to complete the process.
