we were told that mortgages are rarely sold and we have not even made our first payment and it's already been sold. No longer feel we have a contact and are back to just being a number.

First, i would suggesy that you match borrowers with some in the same time zone. When I was available on tge west coast, his workday wS iver on the east coast. I also didn't feel like i was informed of all of the steps and what they needed...
