overall experience with New American Funding, Tamara and Leanne were great. They kept me up on everything that was going on and it was a pleasure working with them through the whole loan process.

were kept informed with each step, even if we had to wait, or there was a delay of some sort we were still informed and very much kept in the loop.

Communication, ease of process, stop endless emails that keep asking for same thing you sent time after time ,prosseser an all people doing there own work instead of doing there work of collecting info an docs, not using third party's to praise...

The amount of back and forth with documents from a debt solution agency and them not being accepted. Then finally being told to cancel my contract with them.
