Attentive nature and promptness in handling each step and pleasant nature of Both Scott and Shawn.
Only, caveat I would add is if it is an FHA loan be focused on the client knowing what FHA dislikes seeing in properties at appraisal.

I don’t think Paulette was to blame but there were a lot of delays and bad communication the last few days before closing. Including sitting at closing for 2 hours because the funding person was “on her lunch break”. Buyer was extremely stressed....
