She was helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with

Had a hard time with a short sale and Katy had experience to help me work thru it, She is a very plesant woman to deal with,

Katy was in constant communication.

Katy is wonderful and seems to actually care about the buyer. That's a rare quality at NAF. The loan didnt close on time. However, that was not Katy's fault. It's just NAF being NAF.

They were very polite and knew how to get the job done correctly
