Michelle spent time with us to explain the (MANY) forms that are required now-a-days, especially for a V.A. loan application. I just spent $4.00 at UPS Store shredding all the many versions that we reviewed along the way to a successful closing...

They didn't take long at all.

Lack of sense of urgency getting things prepared for closing. Did not close as scheduled. Items being requested 24 to 48 hours before closing that should have been handled weeks prior. Ethan was great but that aspect was very stressful
