Better communication both with agent and client.

Did not close on time. Buyer missed part of her vacation with her family after the underwriter took time off and the file was given to another underwriter. Everything went down to the wire…. It was stressful for everyone involved.

We had a great experience working with Michelle. This was our first time buying a home and the process was intimidating. She was educational while also making sure we did not feel overwhelmed. 10/10 would recommend.
