Communication was not pleasant and it lead to us having to push back closing I even felt the frustration from the buyer with them not fully understanding the reason for the hold up. I called multiple times even when the buyer had asked us to...

Henry stepped in when the original loan officer went on an extended leave. He was ery quick to make sure the ball wasn't dropped.

Henry helped me get a better interest rate.
