Simple process, glad to refinance our loan back to NAF. Most likely not going to trust another funding source, they're all so weird and scammy!

I would have appreciated more communication about exact numbers and the cost breakdown of closing. When I first spoke with Ron he said closing costs would be covered by our escrow. We got a check for the overage from last year and wasn't aware...
