I'm still waiting to complete my closing on 1/16/2026. My mortgage is through Ally and payments for my mortgage are being handled through Cenlar, my loan servicing company. Cenlar didn't receive the correct wired payoff to close my Heloc mortgage....

It was around the holidays from Thanksgiving to New Years, so the communication was a little scattered with time off at times, but overall I had a very positive experience, and extremely happy with the outcome .
