Many requests for information from multiple people along with automated email requests for same information. Confusing and chaotic. Undesirable higher than average home inspection fees; then an additional charge for ‘speedy’ service request....

Home inspection fees are charged by home inspectors that we have nothing to do with. We do not require home inspections. That is a personal choice of any buyer. Appraisals are required for home loans and appraisers are self employed people...
