Dan failed to review a document that put our buyer at risk and made our buyer liable for fees that the buyer had no idea that were his responsibility. Dan had many opportunities to relay the information to myself the buyers agent as well as...

Dan was always available for my client and myself. stayed on top of things and made this an easy transaction.
