Elizabeth, I was out of the country the whole time while this loan is being helped by my team. I did took over when I got back the last few days before closing date.
Jeff was so responsive - he quickly answered all of my questions and provided very clear information. He helped to make a complicated process so much easier.

I liked how I cou j like m a ke copies a nd use your portal versus faxing them which I did not have a fax line to transmit.
