The website is very difficult to understand and making payments is a nightmare. Tracy was the only thing that made my customer service even remotely bearable. She helped me understand how it worked, however it is still a nightmare to navigat....

BSI Financial Services is an Overall Good Company- I do think it is RIDICULOUS that it is impossible to speak to someone in their Escrow Department, but hopefully the Mortgagee will get to speak to someone with knowledge about their account...

Service has improved 👏...2x From a year ago till now 2024 I've noticed and experienced positive customer service changes.

My impression was she sounded like it was her 1st day on the job. I never asked her the question I actually called about as she was apprehensive about the questions I posed during our convwersation.

I felt that the Brandi was empathetic and suggested alternatives to making payments .
