I forgot I signed up for auto pay and made a payment like I always have and then auto pay took another payment leaving me a financial hardship. Brandi advised me on how to write a letter to have it reversed.

Customer service was awsome and the rep was very understanding

Brandi is the only one I have talk to and I gave talked to several , that seemed concerned and knowledgeable . I am waiting for her to call back with the resolution

No one at the company will respond to my emails or omth the recast department.
