You could have waved the late fee when my bank statement shows the payment was sent on 5/9/25, well before late date, and the bank only posted the check on 5/19/25, after the late date resulting in the late fee. It is not my fault that BSI...

Connie was great! So happy it was finally resolved. In January I started biweekly paymenT-shirt. Unaware I needed to watch the grace period. Long story short it resulted in late fees. I am not one to pay my mortgage late! Bad for your credit....

Nothing to do with Brandi, just the recent increase in payment due to increase in escrow is reason for the just OK.
