Be reasonable and look at the situation from my point of view. For a missing payment of about $50, you ruined my excellent credit rating.

She did a great job and went above and beyond to reach out to my loan officer to find out more information.

Kimberly was great. However getting through to an actual person on phone is quite a lengthey process it takes a long time to get to the point to be in line for a real person then you wait for someone to be available it needs to be streamlined....

Agent seemed to be very knowledgeable and willing to help.
