My loan was transferred to BSI there was a mix up with my first July payment I used my old loan number. Kim helped fix it and took a payment over the phone. I really liked her!

Hanna was fantastic and after 1 full rear of an incorrect escrow analysis she fixed it. I give her a 10 but BSI a 3-4 for letting this go on for over a year
