its not brandis fault but bsi cashed my 150 pmi removal checj and never called me to schedule an auditor. its been 3 months

The woman I spoke to seemed like she didn't have time to talk to me or I was just taking up her time or bothering her. When someone is going through a hard time this is the last thing they need to feel like.
