Similar to everyone else on here, they took over our mortgage and things have been terrible ever since. Their customer service is never helpful and seems more incentivized to infuriate their customers instead of helping them. Do what you can...

They are complete clowns. I set up autopay, and they instead double-draft payment for my mortgage. BSI Financial then sent a letter that we are set up for autopay for $0.00 on 00/00/0000.
