Been trying to remove my taxes and insurance from my escrow account because they were added as a mistake , I request no impounds when we first got our loan and BSI has not been able to comply with my request !

BSI has been my favorite mortgage holder to date and i am 62. I am refinancing and hope if my loan is sold, they step in line to purchase it. Great company, informative and easy to work with.
