Don’t really understand when you put a lock on your account. They never ask you for the password. It’s almost like anyone could get into your account and make changes didn’t feel too comfortable with that.

I’ve never have talked to anyone from there and she was very friendly and professional about my problems

Haven’t received needed documentation as previously stated,and getting further behind waiting as stated two weeks ago
