Just don't know how you can take $1,400 from my account without a email stating reason

Your representative assured me she would call me back with a resolution but never did. I had to call back the next day. She was very rude and unpleasant, showed no empathy and would talk over me. This is getting ridiculous

Connie was very helpful in resolving my issue. However, I was very frustrated trying to reach someone using your call prompts. I kept going in circles and ending at recommendations for texting.

Applied for loss mitigation to reduce mortgage due to loss of income....ended up paying more because of interest increase, also still waiting for military property tax exempt which has not been honored according to Illinois law
