You really need to give Connie a raise immediately! She was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, explained the entire process patiently and guided me through it. She needs a raise and at the minimum a large bonus!

during this call she was not friendly at all and when I asked a question about SCRA that was denied, she hung up on me. I had to call back and a different representative answered my question and escalated to a manager.

escrow mismanaged that i alerted over a year ago and now being pressured to pay additional monies or refinance by Oct 1 to avoid penalties...i am being extorted for money by fault of BSI...need someone to call me today as this is bordering...
