Kimberly took ownership of the proble. Referred it to the correct area and the rate and last two payments were finally corrected last week. Kimberly got done what Other reps failed to do.

Weslaco sold there loans to 2 different banks. The other bank had reported the transfer almost immediately and for some reason mine still has not been reported....
